Non English-speaking therapist.
Psychologist, certified Gestalt therapist. Anastasia also holds a degree in pedagogy, which enhances her understanding of her clients' processes. She values the Gestalt approach for its emphasis on genuine and authentic contact, a quality often scarce in everyday life. She also appreciates the focus on corporeality and feelings, which she believes facilitates greater self-awareness and understanding of one's desires. Anastasia began her private practice in 2019.

Colleagues and clients describe Anastasia as an accepting and warm therapist who demonstrates genuine emotion and relatability. She effectively utilizes metaphors and incorporates body-oriented practices to deepen client awareness. Anastasia often employs humor to build rapport and release tension within the therapeutic setting.

Anastasia works with individuals experiencing a loss of meaning in life, loneliness, apathy, and feelings of powerlessness. She assists clients in exploring issues of identity and self-worth, supports them in navigating relationship challenges, and helps them cultivate deeper connections with themselves and others. She also provides support to individuals experiencing separation and codependency. Anastasia helps with panic attacks, depression, and anxiety. She has experience working with LGBTQ+ clients.

Terms and conditions
  1. Session Duration: A session lasts 50 minutes from its scheduled start time. If you are late for the consultation, the session time will be reduced by the corresponding number of minutes.
  2. Languages: I work in two languages (Ukrainian and Russian); please choose the one you are more comfortable communicating in.
  3. Regularity of Therapy: Regularity is crucial for the effectiveness of therapy. The optimal frequency of psychotherapeutic sessions is once a week. The frequency can change, but this should be discussed in advance.
  4. Cancellation/Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least one day before the scheduled date. If the session is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the full session fee will apply. Exceptions are made for emergencies (air raids, threats, etc.), which will be dealt with personally.
  5. Session Conditions: Both parties are required to ensure the conditions for the session: the quality of communication (for online calls), a room without third parties, and the use of a headset if necessary.
  6. Substance Use: Sessions cannot be conducted under the influence of alcohol or substances that alter consciousness. In such cases, I reserve the right to end the consultation, but I am not a drugphobe, and you can comfortably discuss any experience with psychoactive substances with me without fear of judgment.
  7. Language Use: You are free to use any language or vocabulary you wish during our meetings. I may use foul language, but if you are strongly opposed to this, please inform me in advance.
  8. Right to Information: You have the right to obtain information about the methods I use, my educational background, and at any time refuse any therapy offer, terminate the therapy, although it is recommended to inform me personally during a session and have one (or more, if necessary) final therapeutic meeting.
  9. Social Roles: During the contract period, no social role changes are allowed between the client and therapist beyond the framework of therapy. Specifically, entering into friendships, romantic, familial, or business relationships, or participating in joint social events unrelated to the therapeutic process is not allowed. If you have not openly shared or given prior consent for visiting me, I will not greet you in public spaces, and you are fully entitled not to explain how you know me.
  10. Confidentiality: Any information you provide is confidential and will not be shared outside of our communication. The exception is the intent to commit or the actual commission of criminal acts by the client against another person.
